Zar 760, Puerto Madryn, Provincia del Chubut, Argentina.<br>Resumen<br>Muchos de los escenarios costeros de la regi\u00f3n, luego de varias d\u00e9cadas de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y demogr\u00e1fico, necesitan de cambios urgentes para poder sostener los beneficios que el uso de sus recursos ha generado y mitigar los deterioros. Se presenta un conjunto de principios de consideraci\u00f3n \u00e9tica que, como instrumentos, deber\u00edan orientar a los gobiernos a poner en pr\u00e1ctica nuevos cursos de acci\u00f3n frente a los crecientes desaf\u00edos sociales y ambientales que se plantean en los escenarios costeros, y que aportar\u00e1n al logro progresivo de una buena gobernanza.<br>Palabras Clave: Gobernanza ambiental, Principios \u00e9ticos, Zonas costeras.<br><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>Many of the region&#8217;s coastal scenarios, after several decades of economic and demographic growth, need urgent change to sustain the benefits that the use of their resources has generated and mitigate deterioration. El m\u00e9todo del punto al paso se utiliza regularmente en la provincia del Chubut y si bien fue dise\u00f1ado para estimar la disponibilidad forrajera, podr\u00eda aprovecharse para obtener otras medidas de la complejidad biol\u00f3gica de comunidades vegetales. El prop\u00f3sito de este trabajo consisti\u00f3 en presentar la manera en que el m\u00e9todo referido puede utilizarse para obtener informaci\u00f3n que facilite la estimaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad vegetal en la estepa patag\u00f3nica. Se ensay\u00f3 la recolecci\u00f3n digital de datos y se desarroll\u00f3 un sistema inform\u00e1tico para su posterior an\u00e1lisis. Se realizaron 400 relevamientos durante los a\u00f1os 2015\/2017 en cuatro departamentos del centro-norte de Chubut. Los sitios de muestreo para establecer las transectas fueron distribuidos sistem\u00e1ticamente cada 8 o 5 km, seg\u00fan la longitud de la ruta provincial. Se elaboraron aplicaciones digitales experimentales, utilizando tecnolog\u00edas m\u00f3viles, tecnolog\u00edas webs y tecnolog\u00edas de bases de datos. Esto permiti\u00f3 que se consolide una base de datos con 40.000 puntos de informaci\u00f3n. Se identificaron 172 especies pertenecientes a 41 familias, distribuidas en 10 comunidades vegetales. La comunidad estepa arbustiva de baja cobertura se exhibi\u00f3 un 36,24% m\u00e1s diversa que la comunidad de menor biodiversidad, el matorral halof\u00edtico. El m\u00e9todo produjo informaci\u00f3n susceptible de an\u00e1lisis de indicadores biof\u00edsicos y de estimaciones de la biodiversidad vegetal. La implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas proporcion\u00f3 una mejora en la disponibilidad, acceso e intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, sumado a la optimizaci\u00f3n en los tiempos de la adquisici\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de datos.<br><strong>Palabras Claves<\/strong>: Relevamientos, biodiversidad vegetal, dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<br><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>In arid zones, an expeditious methodology is necessary to obtain relevant information on vegetation. The point-by-step method is normally used in the province of Chubut and although it was designed to estimate forage availability, it could be used to obtain other measures of the biological complexity of plant communities. The purpose of this work was to present the way in which the referred method can be used to obtain information that facilitates the estimation of plant biodiversity in the Patagonian step. Digital data collection was tested and a computer system was developed for further analysis. 400 surveys were carried out during the years 2015\/2017 in four departments of the center-north of Chubut. The sampling sites to establish the transects were systematically distributed every 8 or 5 km, depending on the length of the provincial route. Experimental digital applications were developed using mobile technologies, web technologies, and database technologies. This allowed a database with 40,000 information points to be consolidated. 172 species belonging to 41 families were identified, distributed in 10 vegetation units. The low cover shrub steppe unit was 36.24% more diverse than the unit with less biodiversity, the halophytic scrub. The method produced information susceptible to analysis of biophysical indicators and estimates of plant biodiversity. D\u00edas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resumen<\/strong><br>Los mallines tienen una importancia ecol\u00f3gica y productiva muy grande en relaci\u00f3n a la estepa. Por lo tanto, estos ambientes est\u00e1n sometidos a altas presiones de pastoreo que modifican las condiciones fisicoqu\u00edmicas del suelo y conducen a cambios en la composici\u00f3n flor\u00edstica. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue relacionar los indicadores f\u00edsicos, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y qu\u00edmicos, pH, materia org\u00e1nica, humedad y carbonatos de los suelos de mallines con la presencia de especies vegetales. Las especies seleccionadas fueron halladas en suelos con pH alcalino, con moderado contenido de carbonatos, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica y materia org\u00e1nica. Por medio de an\u00e1lisis multivariados se observaron tres asociaciones vegetales que relacionan las variables ambientales, la primera asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 compuesta por Lycium repens, Nitrophila australis con humedad, materia org\u00e1nica y carbonatos, la segunda por Distichlis scoparia, Triglochin concinna y CE, pH y carbonatos y la \u00faltima por Puccinellia glaucescens y Boopis anthemoides. As\u00ed, las asociaciones de las especies vegetales sirven como indicadoras visuales de las condiciones fisicoqu\u00edmicas de los suelos de los mallines del Distrito Fitogeogr\u00e1fico Golfo San Jorge.<br><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong>: humedales, suelos, erosi\u00f3n h\u00eddrica, erosi\u00f3n e\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>Mallines have a very great ecological and productive importance in relation to the steppe.<br>So these environments were subjected to high grazing pressures that modify the<br>physicochemical conditions of the soil that lead to changes in the floristic composition.<br>The objective of the present work was to relate the physical indicators, electrical and chemical conductivity, pH, organic material, humidity and carbonates of mallines soils with the presence of plant species. The selected species were found in soils with alkaline pH, with moderate carbonate content, electrical conductivity and organic material.<br>Through multivariate analysis, three associations were observed that relate the environmental variables, the first association is composed of Lycium repens &#8211; Nitrophila australis and humidity and organic material, the second by Distichlis scoparia &#8211; Triglochin  concinna and CE -pH and the last by Puccinellia glaucescens and Boopis anthemoides. Para analizar la distribuci\u00f3n espacial de las variables fisicoqu\u00edmicos que caracterizan los mallines ubicados en los ca\u00f1adones costeros del Distrito fitogeogr\u00e1fico del Golfo San Jorge se tomaron muestras de suelos en dos zonas establecidas en funci\u00f3n de la presencia del curso de agua de siete mallines. Se analizaron textura, pH, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica (CE), sodio (Na), potasio (K), calcio (Ca), magnesio (Mg), materia org\u00e1nica (mo), carbono org\u00e1nico (CO), nitr\u00f3geno total (Nt), relaci\u00f3n C\/N, porcentajes de sodio intercambiable (PSI), capacidad de intercambio cati\u00f3nica (CIC) y f\u00f3sforo disponible (Pd). Las diferencias encontradas entre las concentraciones de las variables analizadas entre las zonas no fueron significativas, salvo el porcentaje de arena y K. Los suelos fueron clasificados como no salinos no s\u00f3dicos a excepci\u00f3n de un sitio. Mediante t\u00e9cnicas de ordenaci\u00f3n se encontraron tres asociaciones entre las variables. La primera asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 formada por el pH y arena, la segunda est\u00e1 integrada por Na, CE, PSI, K y Pd y la tercera asociaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 formada por Nt, mo, CO, Ca, Mg, CIC, arcilla y limo. Los mallines se encuentran bien provistos de los elementos necesarios para el desarrollo vegetal. El conocimiento de la distribuci\u00f3n espacial de las variables fisicoqu\u00edmicas permitir\u00e1 desarrollar t\u00e9cnicas de manejo de manera homog\u00e9nea dentro del mall\u00edn.<br><strong>Palabras Clave<\/strong>: propiedades, suelos, intrazonales, Chubut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><br>In arid areas, the mallines are environments that provide great number of environmental services, among which stands out biodiversity conservation and high forage productivity with respect to the surrounding steppe stand out. To analyze the space distribution of physicochemical variables that characterize the mallines located in the coastal canyons of the San Jorge Gulf phytogeographic district, soil samples were taken in two areas of seven selected mallines, established according to the presence of the watercourse. Was analyzed texture, pH, electrical conductivity (CE), sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), organic matter (mo), organic carbon (CO), total nitrogen (Nt), relations carbon\/nitrogen (C\/N), percentages of exchangeable sodium (PSI), cation exchange capacity (CIC) and available phosphorus (Pd). The differences found between the concentrations of the analyzed variables were not significant, except for the percentage of sand and K. The soils were classified as non-sodium no-saline except for one site. Three associations were found between the analyzed variables by means of ordering techniques. The first association is formed by pH and sand, the second is made up of Na, CE, PSI, K y Pd, and the third association is integrated by and Nt, mo, CO, Ca, Mg, CIC, clay y silt. The mallines are well provided with the necessary elements for plant development.
